Karen is such a gentle soul. Very kind and very informative. I very much enjoyed her services. She also helped create a game plan to help with swelling in my legs.

Karen is so knowledgeable about different massage modalities and how to make them work for different circumstances. She's helped me with fibromyalgia pain, migraines, sciatica, and much more! I like to see her for a "tune up" every few weeks and that helps me keep moving. She's a genuinely kind person and good listener, as well.
Lymphatic Massage is gentle but effective at removing the fluid built up in the lymphatic system. Karen is the perfect practitioner to administer this treatment. I know it helps remove waste and toxins from body tissues. But seeing is believing. I wanted to purge my body of the toxins Karen freed into my system.
