I have had a couple of sessions with Karen related to my level of anxiety and issues with self worth. I have found from the sessions that I feel much more relaxed and present. Also she has given me some ongoing strategies to deal with situations that impact on my anxiety. Karen demonstrates care and empathy in the best interests of her clients. Highly recommended Pat

Karen helped me with my fear of flying, I was able to fly without medication for the first time in 10 years . I highly recommend Karen , I’ve had 3 sessions and have got a lot of freedom and healing from each session.
