Zero stars - dropped tax info off on 2/16/2022. I called for a follow up on 2/25/2022 just to see when taxes would be done. No call back. Called again on 3/1/2022 and asked how long does it take for a call back and they said between 24-48 hours. I called back on 3/4/2022, same story of “we’ll take a message to get back to you”. I called again on 3/7/2022 STILL NO CALL BACK. The person wouldn’t even tell me when “Karen” would be working so I could call when she was there.

Folks, don't waste your time on this joke! Stood me up on an appointment and did not return my left message. If shes that negligent in no response, would you trust her to do your tax return? Thumbs down! Zero kudos! PS: Her last name goes by Simmons now for your info.
