Have been seeing Karen for years and I refuse to go anywhere else if I can!!! She’s treated me both during and since by ballet career with heds pots and Mcas. I walk of every session more aligned, recovered and prepared between training regimes. Cannot recommend highly enough

Karen has over twenty years experience and it shows in her technique. She applied various techniques which gave me immediate pain relief, better posture and more mobility. I have complex skeletal genetic obstacles that Karen researched before the appointment. This helped in managing appropriate therapy. Karen was amazing. I am a builder and have sore muscles that need a loosening. She adjusted everything to keep me moving and from getting injuries. I felt like a new person being able to move again. Thank you, Karen. I'll be back for more visits.
Karen is INCREDIBLE. So lovely and warm and gives the best massage I've ever had. After my first appointment today we now have a regular fortnightly appointment booked because I just could not go to anyone else after seeing her.
