Karen was fantastic throughout the process of securing the mortgage on my new home. She was patient with my questions, candidly talked me through all options during each step of the process, and she was always quick to respond with an answer or when she'll have one. Even to the end of closing, whenever an issue popped up, she was quick to address it. Highly recommend!
