Karen was fantastic!! Her timely communication throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated. Any questions we had - she had the answers. The ability to submit and sign documents virtually was a godsend especially since we were in a different province. If I could give her more than five stars, I would!
Karen helped us find the lowest mortgage for our first home purchase. She really took the time to walk us through the entire process. Very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Would reccomend her to any first time home buyers (or otherwise :))

The experience of financing our home to purchase a cottage, was seamless and we felt like all our questions were addressed with respect and honestly.
