Karen is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with taxes. I needed help dealing with the Irs and she was amazing. She patiently let me explain everything, then calmly explained everything I needed to do in detail helping to calm me down and gave me a very reasonable price to handle everything. She even offered to call them on 3way to help guide me through the whole process. I highly recommend to anyone needing your taxes done, help with the IRS, or a trustworthy CPA. This is my second experience using Karen’s services for my taxes. Both times she has exceeded my expectations. The first time she helped me out at the last second before filing and got the taxes done right on time! I moved out of states for a while, and when I returned, I was looking for someone local again.
