I am blown away by Karen’s loving care, her skill, and her beautiful healing space. I’ve received a lot of massage over the years from many very skillful providers (including craniosacral, Maya abdominal, myofascial, and more). Hands down, she’s the best! Highly recommend.
Karen is truly magical. My husband found her as a highly reviewed massage therapist for prenatal massage and booked me an appointment. I've had many great massages but have never experienced someone so caring, detailed, and knowledgeable as Karen — she really took her time (and gave me a little extra) to assess my needs, use various techniques, and teach me some techniques to try at home. She will definitely be my preferred massage therapist moving forward.
I'm so glad I found Karen. I've visited her twice now and will be continuing to see her for the remainder of my pregnancy. The first time, I had a lot of back and glute pain that was preventing me from sleeping, and Karen started by noting unevenness that was contributing to the pain. I slept so well afterwards. The second time was after symptoms like acid reflux and general pelvic tightness had started, and I was also feeling a lot of general discomfort.
