Karen is wonderful. Her space is relaxing and inviting. She’s very thoughtful and kind and her massage was totally wonderful. I went 4 months after an unplanned c section and she gave a full body including abdominal massage, which I never had before. It was very healing. I desperately needed this type of self care and was not disappointed. I will be going back!
The environment where you get the massage is peaceful, comforting, and inviting. Karen is a lovely person and a great massage. I left feeling cared for, more open and with a better understanding of where energy works in my body. I got a prenatal birthday massage with Karen and was delighted by her blend of education and intuitive massage techniques. I was so relaxed 90mins slipped by and felt like 30mins. She not only focused on my problem areas but gave me an abdominal massage tutorial I can do myself as a self care/lymphatic detox. Karen is truly a miracle worker. Due to complications, I was given many movement limitations for helping myself, and Karen provided some of the most relief I was able to experience from pregnancy pain. She's also given me great resources that I truly believe helped me have a natural birth, something I was lead to believe would be very unlikely! She has such a comforting studio and presence. I feel actual, "healing" both physically and mentally when I get to see her. It's worth every penny and more.
I have been helped by Karen for several years now and always leave with my intentions met and more. Her spa is welcoming, relaxing, and comfortable. She is exceptionally skilled in several rare techniques and she is always working on increasing her breadth of methods to meet client needs. I appreciate her gift of creating individualized care, her skill, and her extra guidance for self-care. She is truly amazing.
