Karen was so welcoming and professional, and made sure to show me how to do self massages to manage my back pain at home. She was intentional, thorough, even gave me extra time past our appointment to make sure we hit all the goals she had for our appointment. I will definitely be returning to her and recommend her practice to any expecting mamas!
Karen’s done an amazing job creating a cozy and safe space. She is very intentional in her work, listens, and it’s very clear you’re not just another body on her table- You’re a unique human being with unique needs for your session and she is great at addressing them
Karen’s personalized massages are amazing! She is responsive to individual needs- she didn’t mind pausing to give me eucalyptus oil and tissues when my nose stuffed up (as it always does when I’m on my belly). Before my massage, it was painful to lay on my back. After my session, it was not. I experienced gentle integration after the massage even though I had cupping done in some tender spots. I experienced less pain from a recent injury after as well. Karen is a thoughtful and intuitive healer and I highly recommend!

Karen was absolutely amazing. I got my girlfriend a prenatal massage as she was about 38 weeks pregnant but was unsure if we would be able to fit into Karen’s schedule due to her being pretty booked up.
