I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how much I needed this experience. From the moment I walked in, Karen made me feel completely comfortable, safe and cared for. After everything my body has been through, including 2 cancers, pregnancy ending in a a C-section and loss as well as years of fertility treatments and even more loss, I needed this so badly. I went in for abdominal issues, and am very happy about how I felt and the changes I noticed when I left her office. I felt lighter at the end of the session, my stomach felt less tense and my Achilles tendon issue(which I didn’t even mention) felt relief. It’s now been a few days, and I’m still noticing the positive changes in my body
Wonderful Atmosphere! Karen was truly amazing in helping me through my first massage experience. She not only helped me feel comfortable and at ease, but provided me with a self care guide for me to continue practicing at home to address concerns I had being postpartum. Definitely a healing experience overall!
Karen was amazing! I scheduled a prenatal massage as I am 31 weeks pregnant and suffering from severe PGP. She was able to relieve my pain, relax me, and give me tips for at home exercises and stretches. Not only that but she was extremely informative and knowledgeable. Super professional and such a sweet woman. I could tell she really cares about her clients and their wellbeing. Making them feel better when they leave is her top priority.
