Love this building and the staff here!
My review is about the nursing home and I think their rehab center not the assisted living. last week I met the patronizing administrator. the few good employees are worked to death. the nurses ignore family. they don't call you back. you're lucky if someone answers and says they'll call back but it's not true. one time I tried to visit my grandma and couldn't find her. It took 2 hours for them to figure out she was at a doctor appointment down the road. my grandma's food is cold. people who live there yell at each other and... read more
Karcher is a small building with a big heart! I’ve found that Karcher post acute has a culture of individualized care and compassion which extends to patients their families and staff alike. There is no problem too big or too small! At Karcher we work together to figure it out and provide 5 star care while we’re doing it. Karcher is a place where residents really feel like family and the facility feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!
Best place to go if you need a skilled nursing or rehab facility. I would highly recommend putting my loved ones here.
