I'm appalled at Chris Karas' unprofessionalism. He and I discussed my issues with a financial client. He asked me to send him documents which I did. When I asked him to send me the Retainer, he did not respond. I also asked him if we're still working on the issues and no response. What does it take to type or text the words "Yes" or "No" to put closure and not leave the customer hanging; this is shameful, disgraceful and unacceptable that such people are helping others on important legal matters.
