I recently had the pleasure to participate in a group yoga sessions with Kara. Kara was amazing and very knowledgeable. She took her time to ensure that all members of our group were comfortable and explained each pose in detail, even taking the time to walk around the group and assist those who needed more help. Such a lovely experience, thank you.

Absolutely wonderful! Honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. Kara was clearly a very knowledgeable physio and a fantastic masseuse, she found every knot and issue and I came away feeling like a new woman. I only wish I lived closer so that I could go every week!

Kara’s treatments are second to none. She is highly professional and knowledgeable with the mix of Physio and Yoga which brings a certain mindfulness to her work. It’s clear that her passion for her craft is what makes the results from her treatments consistently of a high standard. I’ve had body pains and aches that other practitioners have not been able to affect. One or two treatments with Kara and I feel a vast improvement. I highly recommend her services.
