K suites IS THE WORST company you could ever book an apartment with. And even worse is their customer service. I am beyond appalled at their service, the response to the complaints and even more horrible is the state of their property.|I rented their Manchester, Franklyn road property for 6 nights!|1. On arriving we were in disbelief to see the front wall of the property broken (image attached below)- on calling them, they said they were very well aware of it and have been unable to contact a contractor to help them with it.... read more
AVOID!!! The worse place I have ever stayed. Lack of communication from the person managing the booking and the cleaner, who walked in on my friend half naked after leaving the shower, the place was not cleaned during the whole of my stay and not even the bedding changed. At 3AM two men who appeared quite drunk walked inside the flat, appearing to know the place quite well and seemed shocked to see us inside? The apartment is spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable with good decor & some nice touches like Netflix & a coffee pod machine. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good too. It’s in a good location & there is an off street car parking space too which is very rare in Reading - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
