Kara’s customer service is the best! I bought a lovely lantern wax warmer from her and within 2 hours of me setting it up the dogs knocked it over and broke a large chunk of the glass off . It still worked but I had to turn the glass to the back to keep hidden About 2 weeks later, I knocked it over (different spot) and smashed the entire glass on it. I literally hadn’t even used it yet I reached out to Kara to see if a replacement glass could be purchased for it and she did better than that! I received a prepaid postage labe... read more
