Very disappointing experience with loan officer Kara Swallow. She gave inconsistent and incorrect information about rates, closing costs, property taxes, and refinancing options, creating a lot of problems and confusion. I do not recommend working with her.
Kara is the absolute best! We loved working with her. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She was always so kind and answered all of my questions. We would recommend Kara to anyone!!! Thank you Kara for all your help!!
I met Kara through my brother in law who was very adamant about her professionalism and service. I am so glad I listen to him. Kara is the best of the best, very reassuring and never pressured me once. There were some ups and downs (due to my situation) and she was incredibly patient and always had a solution to ensure I was comfortable at every step.
