Life was happening really hard lately and I had a lot of fall throughs and cancellations for a headshot session. Kara was able to fit me in the same day as my inquiry!! She was incredibly understanding as a mom with a busy work-life schedule herself that she let me bring my special needs child with and ensured she would be safe, and that the whole process would be efficient and quick! My family and I had a fantastic experience with Kara and her team taking my son's senior pictures, a headshot for myself, and new family pictures. Our photos turned out beautifully and we have received so many compliments from our family and friends. I also have to give kudos to the hair and makeup artist, Nicole Saavedra, who elevated my look in a way that exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be coming back to work with Kara again when it comes time for our daughter's senior pictures!
I reached out to Kara through her website for a headshot on a quick timeline and she got back to me within a half hour with a window of availability for the next day. Wow! That level of responsiveness is refreshing. I felt comfortable the moment I walked into her studio, and a couple hours later I had a picture I loved in my inbox. She made me feel confident and look radiant, I will certainly be back for more.

We had the pleasure of using Kara twice, first for our daughter’s newborn session 10 years ago and now for our other daughter who will be a senior this year. She’s every bit as amazing with newborns as she is seniors.
