One of the easiest ways to keep your system running cleanly, efficiently and safely is to change the filter. The frequency of which filters should be changed varies but the general rule of thumb is every 3 months. If you hold the filter up to the light and the light doesn't pass through than the filter needs to be changed.

False. Placing a thermostat where cool or warm air is present such as vents, windows or radiators causes the system to shut down prematurely or keeps it running longer than needed. If your thermostat needs to be relocated call us at (720) 929-1680.

Your carbon monoxide monitor goes off. Now what? Turn off all appliances and other sources of combustion. Open windows and doors to allow fresh air in. Call a qualified technician to make necessary repairs and vacate the premises until the problem is corrected and the air is safe.

The more efficient the home the more valuable the home. Whether buying, selling or using your home as an investment for future use having an efficient home will benefit you now by providing energy cost savings and later with it's greater worth.
