I am sorry my family didnt have the same positive experience with Susan. She did ride the market up nicely for 5 years, but would never pull out as we kept suggesting time and time again. We trusted her "professional" judgement, but believe she is a cheerleader for the Bull. "It will come back, it will come back". No time out for the markets to settle down or at least a parachute plan, and no apology. All 5 year gains were lost within 1 year, and this is tough on a 70 year old man.
An outstanding financial consultant. Very professional, responsive and able. Completely turned around our rotten investment record after very bad prior experiences with Merrill Lynch and Fidelity (we needed to resort to working with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Boston to sort out a huge error by Fidelity in our account--in their favor, of course. My family has worked with Susan and her staff for well over a decade now. She has kept our portfolios growing steadily, and we have not suffered in the downturns. She keeps us well diversified in long term investments which have outperformed the benchmarks, but without additional risk.
