To be clear I'm referring to Kaplan, Kaplan & DiTrapani LLP, Syosset, NY. Not sure what they are referring to when they say, "our firm is not Kaplan & Kaplan, they are a different firm". On my refinance had to pay double per diem resulting in an extra $320 because other attorney processed payment 5 days late. Kaplan & Kaplan & DiTrapani, LLP had no backup on when the check was picked up so I could not dispute with bank.

I had the pleasure of working with Kaplan, DiTrapani & Faria LLP on a recent deed transfer for a property my partner and I co-own. My company offers a legal benefit through MetLife Legal. Trying to find a law firm that was willing to work with us was nearly impossible as they don't make much money on transactions via a legal benefit. Such an amazing and caring team. I worked closely with Viviana and Michele who were both extremely responsive, whether via email or phone. The team had a very thorough contract that protected my interests as a buyer every step along the way.
