Outstanding service from Kapiti Upholstery. Following my dads knee reconstruction surgery, his La-Z-Boy recliner — which is a key part of his rehabilitation and his temporary bed — became jammed and unsafe. Their response was immediate, caring, and incredibly helpful. It's rare these days to come across such an unselfish and genuinely customer-focused business. Five plus stars from us and every ounce of gratitude we have. Highly recommended.

We had Michael and Katharine reupholster and refurbish my great great grand mother’s rocking chair and they did the most superb job! The before and after photos don’t truly show how incredible their craft and workmanship is. It’s stunning and so lovely to give such a special piece of furniture a new lease on life!
Recently experienced a broken spring on one of our dining chairs. They gave me a matching second hand spring to make the repairs and advised me how to do it. Very helpful and supportive. Recommended.
