First off, if I could give 0 stars I would. This company did not have competitive rates when I was looking for a mortgage--- or for a building loan --- better off going with PenFed or a local credit union to get the MOST competitive rates. If you are a first time buyer or have bad credit, maybe you should consider using this company as they can probably provide some value.
