Extremely disappointing experience. I had to cancel photography services for my event due to unavoidable circumstances. I was told that an Interac e-Transfer request would be sent regarding my deposit, but it never arrived. After that, communication became almost non-existent. Multiple messages were ignored, phone calls were not answered, and I was effectively left without any updates or resolution. We booked Kapi Photography for our Baby Shower and Maternity shoot, and the experience was truly amazing! The pictures turned out so beautiful, and I loved how patient he was, suggesting different poses and making us feel comfortable. Editing was super quick, and the best part is that photos aren’t limited in number—you get them all, and downloading was so easy with no lag. Honestly, it was above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend!
