Super rude staff! Received a French document from this office and called in to request a translated copy or at least some basic details to understand the document. The woman who answered the phone, Monica De Ciccio was the most unprofessional, unhelpful, disrespectful, and arrogant woman I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with.
