Horrible bad customer service with the guy (can’t remember his name). I filed taxes on 2023 and he confirmed I’d be getting certain amount of state and federal taxes returned and when I received only 1/3 of that, I called them to ask them more about this, there was no response. Not sure if this is possible but I became suspicious with their odd behavior since they would answer my calls BEFORE I filed with them. Coincidence? I also sent a WhatsApp - no response.
