Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable. I lost a bolt from my seat post and was told by a bike retailer I’d need to order the whole clamp from Switzerland. Called Kaos Custom Bike and Andrew sorted it quickly for a fair price. He even checked a few other things that could’ve caused bigger issues. Highly recommend..honest and skilful.

I needed a specific plastic cover for my BMC. Andrew gave me the cover at no charge and gave me some great advice on the frame geometry and other questions I had. Support these local shops because they are few and far between. Exceptional service and advice!
