Best service in Australia. I had two bikes in a real state. Both are now brilliant at a reasonable rate. Can't recommend enough. Plus Andrew is the best .
There's alot of things I love about cycling, one of those things is the legends you meet along the way. I was having alot of issues with my bike that multiple mechanics couldn't fix and just slapped a plaster on and sent back out. Andy quickly saw multiple issues, put in new bolts (my seat was snapping off) aswell as a new clamp aswell as a standard bike fit all for no charge whilst teaching me multiple things along the way. Andrew has been my goto mechanic for over 10 years, awsome service and knowhow. Highly recomend him for all bike requirements.
I was referred to Andrew at Kaos Custom Bikes after I had so many problems with my Giant bike. I got fed up with the inability of the staff at the Giant bike shop to resolve my issues, as they kept wasting my time. Kaos Custom Bikes is nowhere near my home, but I listened to the recommendation. It was ridiculous how quickly Andrew resolved the problem that Giant couldn’t.
