Andrew sorted my bike issue out & despite replacing a part refused to take payment! Great guy & excellent mechanic
Super helpful, stayed open late on the Easter weekend to help me with a small part that I needed to fix some SLX brakes and didn’t even charge for the part. Plus a great selection of very nice bikes!
Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable. I lost a bolt from my seat post and was told by a bike retailer I’d need to order the whole clamp from Switzerland. Called Kaos Custom Bike and Andrew sorted it quickly for a fair price. He even checked a few other things that could’ve caused bigger issues. Highly recommend..honest and skilful.
