I was referred to Andrew at Kaos Custom Bikes after I had so many problems with my Giant bike. I got fed up with the inability of the staff at the Giant bike shop to resolve my issues, as they kept wasting my time. Kaos Custom Bikes is nowhere near my home, but I listened to the recommendation. It was ridiculous how quickly Andrew resolved the problem that Giant couldn’t. If its honest, straight forward and no nonsense advice you need then this is the place. I wouldn't trust my BMC with anyone else.
