I've never had rude bank tellers like there are at Kanza. They always act like you're inconveniencing them. The ATM is down so often that it's genuinely a shock if it's working. The account security is shoddy at best, because I've had a few times where there are charges on my account that I never made and they always do a quick fix but never anything permanent.
