Kanset helped me with several IRCC applications for my parents. They definitely know some intricacies and inner workings of the system: programs buried deep under walls of legalese on government websites, what to do when documents are missing or application was rejected, options and alternatives, etc. It isn't cheap, and they point out right away that they can't guarantee anything or influence decisions of government officials / visa officers, but the value comes in form of knowledge and confidence.
