"I had a wonderful experience at the bank today. Austin Parker was friendly, patient, and helped me set up my loan quickly. I highly recommend him for all your needs at this branch.
When applying for a new auto loan after my car was totaled, Austin at the KTCCU North Branch was by far the most helpful person that I worked with through the whole process! Dealing with insurance is never fun, but I’m grateful that applying for a new loan at the end of the process was quick and easy!
Horrible service and I hate banking here
