Daughter was told they wouldn't help because they can only be used once.
Receptionist was nice but otherwise they suck.
They refuse to help me and it's my right to legal counsel so if someone from KLS sees this and wants a better review I still need help
The receptionist was pleasant but couldn't do much to help until after I called a secondary application number to see if I qualify. That number I sat on hold for 45 minutes before I have up. I understand they have limited staff as well as limited resources so I am not saying anything bad about them at all, I have heard they do great things and a great asset to the community at large I would just plan on it taking the better part of the day to get things sorted. But still very greatful they are here.
