These idiots have not answered the phone for two weeks now. I need assistance with elder care and am in SS so I need this help. But noooooo ... I filled out the application two weeks ago and can reach NO ONE. NO ONE. WHAT IS THIS SERVICE REALLY FOR????
Had to escalate all the way to the executive director. He told me I should hire my own attorney if I can wait for an unknown period of time to even find out if they could help. These folks were an absolute waste of my time. I do not recommend.
