I would highly recommend Jay. I had my DUI in 2018 and it was a hit and run as well as following too close. Jay was an amazing lawyer all throughout the process. Most of my court dates he was able to waive my appearance. He is always honest and straightforward. He worked out a great deal with the prosecutor on my case. I got arrested on charges of a DUI and never thought I would be in that situation. I never had a ticket in my life and was in a situation I didn't need. Next morning I called 3 lawyers, Jay being the last one. First one said to look up a case in which someone didn't get off their charges but said I had a case. Jay is the most knowledgeable lawyer I have ever worked with. In the time he represented me there were multiple times where he explained the law in a particular area only to be proven right by the judge. In addition to his expertise I appreciated the fact that he explained the law to me, explained the options I had, and provided guidance yet ultimately looked to me for a decision.
