New update. The spindle on my 20 year old Marvin door handle broke. Brandon the technician brought me a new one at no cost a day later. That's what I call customer service!! They sold my contractor two Marvin picture windows 14 years ago. One of the windows became hazy and needed to be replaced. I called them, they ordered a new one, and recently came and installed it.
