I spoke with someone this morning she was very rude and short! I’m trying to get assistance she blurted out a number without giving me the area code. I had to callback to get the correct number. She was unprofessional maybe get someone to answer the inbound calls with more decorum.
My son wasn't even 20ft from the bus stop an the driver didn't even stop for 2 secs an just took off. These bus drivers are getting worse an worse
