Worst place to deal with for adesa clear my transporter had to stay over night because security would not helly my guy find the vehicle wasted over 12 hours just to get yelled at. This is not right and will be not doing business with adesa in Kansas

i recently had to do business with this place. first i had an appointment made and had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time and that was after being told i was only going to wait 10 mins. i then get back in my car and find it has been gone through but apparently to the company they only “took pictures of the outside”. with my car being gone through they also took it upon themselves to steal money out of my car. it was my fault for leaving it in there but you were supposed to repo my car not steal my things out of it. oh... read more

These places get dumber and dumber, if youre 3rd party amd unloading carvana you have to walk 1,000 steps (literally) for each car because you can't pull your truck into the lot. If youre 3rd part dont book a load to this place. They also won't run you back and forth.
