Terrible service from what’s supposed to be a credit union geared towards servicing their mainly african American demographic: highly disappointed in service and will be closing my account. Don’t build up a bank with years of your money and they in turn nickel and dime you when time to negotiate lending. To add to that service is piss poor and extra ghetto!

RecommendedWe have lived in KC MO for just over 5 years and we have been very happy with the help and support we receive from KCCU. I watch for the promotions they have to offer and have been able to better myself & my family with their services. Highly recommend both Anthony and Jeremiah for their help and assistance during this past year and beginning of 2020!!! They have some of the best interest rates I have seen and shopped around for!

This has got to be the worst credit Union in the history of banking to do the same thing Wells Fargo was accused of is just ridiculous. This bank is notorious for how they post pending transactions but to be charged $30 for $2.94 charge that was posted 3 days later is ridiculous. Thank GOD I only use this account to pay Bill's but you just lost a customer. Change your banking practices. you should not be holding on to smaller transactions. Kevin Welp was VERY rude as I was trying to finalize a loan payoff. He did not help resolve my issue but prolonged it.
