Very pleased with results – We have been in the program for a little over a year with great results. Yes, it is a monthly payment and you don't see immediate results but our credit has increased significantly and the bureaus do send those notices. Then they send new ones that look 100% better than before. This has been great for cleaning up old "reports" that are just sitting there bring down our score. They also have great resources for building new credit.
Dissapointed – For the price, I really expected to see a difference in my credit score. Each report I received from all 3 credit agencies stated monthly that the info had been "previously verified" and would not be (and was not) removed. Employees and owner simply refered to this as a "stall tactic", but still were not able to remove more than some inquiries (@ 1-2 points each) on my credit report. I can not recommend this service to anyone, and this includes my Ex – Please shop around- and at all costs you should insure that you investigate other potential options to protect you and your future credit-worthiness. I am most concerned by the owner's personal lack of rectitude.
