I hope im leaving g this review in the right place Our city has the worse public transportation i am currently tlu still waiting for the 107 bus at 1,37 I have been here since 11;30 a.m. This is common. Don't bother looking at schedules,apps prevent the call center bc nothing is correct.in jognson county your doing good to find the stops very few signs are available indicating stops and they've removed even more if your travels aren't completed by 5,30 p.m Be prepared to wander for the next 12 hours for the next bus. The app rarely works accurately. Most of the drivers are rude & drivers like maniacs. The buses don’t even show up half the time! Some people depend on the bus to get to work & live their lives so it doesn’t help when you don’t show up or update your real time in the app. Now you’re going to start charging bus fare again in June? Do better KCATA! You lost a loyal rider.
