I was visiting Naramata and decided on a treatment with Kannikar - my first ever Thai massage. I have a frozen shoulder, so she worked my back, neck and shoulder. The moment I arrived I knew I was in good hands. Her technique was very targeted and I could feel the muscles relaxing. I knew it was a good treatment when I was able to sleep without pain medication the next 2 nights. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to Naramata so I can go for regular treatments. Got a last minute booking for a 90min deep massage given very tight lower back and hip stiffness. Was a great deep tissue session with focused massage plus some in depth stretches. Great value . Highly recommended

This is something that Penticton has been missing. Kannikar's Thai massage is great -- very much like Thai massages I had in big US cities. Located 20 minutes north of downtown Penticton towards Naramata. Lovely space, great tea, beautiful view of the lake. Kannikar provides roomy PJs/scrubs for the massage.

I had a 90 minute face massage with Kannikar. It was the massage I ever had: she started by removing my skincare, then used various techniques including the cool stone (I think it was gua sha but not sure). Afterwards she applied sheet mask and worked on my neck, upper chest, arms and head. The whole treatment was super relaxing and left me looking 10 years younger. Highly recommended!
