Kannikar gave me the best massage I've ever had. She is incredibly skilled! She worked really effectively on many arthritic spots as well as an Achilles and ankle injury. Thank you, I'll be back!

I was visiting Naramata and decided on a treatment with Kannikar - my first ever Thai massage. I have a frozen shoulder, so she worked my back, neck and shoulder. The moment I arrived I knew I was in good hands. Her technique was very targeted and I could feel the muscles relaxing. I knew it was a good treatment when I was able to sleep without pain medication the next 2 nights. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to Naramata so I can go for regular treatments.
