I’ve been member since 2008. I’ve reached out for assistance 3 times and all I get is a hard no. Mind you, I have good credit & perfect payment history for 12yrs and I make 6 figures. I’ve reached out to the union account the low repayment rates but they refuse to assist. I’m will not recommend this facility nor will I continue to do business with them. I’m closing my account ASAP!!!
doesnt even earn a half of star! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL group of people i have ever dealt with!!! I WOULD ADVISE any and EVERYONE to check around berfore entering into anything with this so called "credit union".... need to learn how to TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!
