I’ve had multiple occurrences where I’ve been at the bus stop or 5 feet from the bus stop and they keep on driving and when I report it to someone on the phone, they make excuses for the bus driver, trying to blame me for it
Be careful when riding the busses around Kankakee, especially route 14'East because they won't let you have your time taking a seat without whiplashing you into it by her on the gas pedal. May be free this month but my hospital bill won't be and didn't even apologize.
Needs ashtrays and trash can bins to keep the place looking presentable to the city and citizens. How about we show our citizens that we appreciate them and provide those enmities for the riders.
