Amazing experience since day 1. I have read the reviews and I can only speak of my experience. Customer service is awesome and very mindful of time critical issues. Pedro and Eric are always on top of any requests I have and they are very quick to say I don't know but I will have an answer for you. SPEAKS volumes to their work ethics. I'd rather hear I don't have an answer as opposed to the used car salesman approach of fake it till you make it.

Terrible software. Couldn't submit my kid info on mobile, ended up having to go on desktop. 1hr gone! On desktop submitted all the info and all the way at the end the button did not work to actually sign up. Another 1hr gone! Emailed customer service, they said now form expired I have to start over. Are you serious??? You want me to spend another 2 hours so I get the same result? Don't get this software. You will get no customers.

The new software/app is very complicated compared to the old one. The educators that use this app are taking more time away from the children that should be coming first, to correctly input logs and navigate this system. Also why can’t parents of infants log feedings and changes before handing off the infant like the old software would? Doesn’t make sense and is very crucial in an infant classroom!

The program was not my favorite. It did not fit our program needs, unfortunately. However, when we expressed these feelings, they were kind enough to grant us a year free with their newer AI curriculum generator. We were very pleased with the kindness in the company. They also host Directors as leaders, and we have had the pleasure of attending several! The staff is always very kind and accommodating. Their goals in our community are truly great. I just with their program met more of our needs.
