BRUTAL This is the absolute worst customer service online. We had so many technical issues, dissapointing our own clients, that we began trying to cancel our account more than 3 months ago . We have sent countless emails ( forget about talking to a human in this company) and we can not get any answers. For a company that is supposed to manage client realtionships they reallly do a poor job with their own long time clients.
