I booked a car, everyhting got confirmed, I received the paper work and later on they called me that they canceled my booking because their overbooked. No apology, nothing. Literary ruined our family trip. Stay away!

Staff were friendly & the vehicle was spotless & in excellent safe working order. Highly recommend.
Not very convenient, to say the least... We chose this car rental agency because it was supposed to open earlier than others at Avalon Airport. However, it turns out the desk is only staffed when flights arrive. So despite booking a check-in at 8:00 am, we didn’t get our car until 9:30. Not exactly punctual! The staff was friendly and the car was comfortable, but the lack of organisation was truly frustrating.
