Once again fabulous service, I couldn't unlock my phone, the friendly staff showed me how to force a restart/reboot, it's now working like a charm! I was stressed, it was a Sunday, I believed I was up for a new phone so I am super happy. We are so fortunate to have this shop locally. Thank you!
Good repair and good price, recommended
Not very good at repairs. Took my phone to have the microphone fixed came back with very little or no reception. To his credit he had 4 attempts to fix. In the end I had to purchase a new phone.Very annoying considering my original phone was still under warranty to Samsung. I should have just sent it back and would not be $800 out of pocket

Ali was super helpful and fast with my iPad repair. Explained the whole process and gave me both scenarios and prices before taking the job on which I considered very reasonable indeed. Did some upselling without any pressure which I was happy to take up. Was looking to upgrade both things at a later date but because of his excellent customer service decided to proceed with him. Well done Ali and thank you. Happy to recommend and reuse if need be.
