Not very good at repairs. Took my phone to have the microphone fixed came back with very little or no reception. To his credit he had 4 attempts to fix. In the end I had to purchase a new phone.Very annoying considering my original phone was still under warranty to Samsung. I should have just sent it back and would not be $800 out of pocket
The staff today were absolutely amazing helping to fix my phone. Thankyou x
Ali was super helpful and fast with my iPad repair. Explained the whole process and gave me both scenarios and prices before taking the job on which I considered very reasonable indeed. Did some upselling without any pressure which I was happy to take up. Was looking to upgrade both things at a later date but because of his excellent customer service decided to proceed with him. Well done Ali and thank you. Happy to recommend and reuse if need be.
