A couple of weeks ago I stopped for gas at this station. Unfortunately, the battery on my motorcycle was weaning out and needed a quick jump start. ASHLEY, one of the store employee's was quick to come out.And offer me assistance.Once there were no customers to attend to. She was polite and reassuring while I was bummed out and frustrated. She let me use the battery on her car to jumpstart my motorcycle, but refused any type of $$$ from me, on multiple attempts to pay her. The manager Carol is the rudest woman ever, not sure who put this woman in charge. Obviously has a Napoleon complex. Worst attitude and customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED! Corporate will be advised of her disgusting behavior!
Would be a zero if possible. Systems down, so turns down my wife and daughter to use the restroom.. very rude about it as well, do not come to this dirty ghetto gas station. Spend your money else where that’ll treat you as a human.
So i have the 64oz refillable mug, never had an issue before, but the clerk insisted and charged me $1.99 (65-100oz) price instead of the .79c refill as a Circle K rewards membership. I said that's not right, but she claims that the mug is 65 oz, to which i responded, why would i pay 3x as much for an extra 1oz of liquid, vs getting 3 cups of 44oz (which equals 132oz total or DOUBLE what I'm paying for) for only $2.37. Didn’t have sign on air pump indicating it was out of order. The machine sucked the air out of my tire and the cashier refused to give me a refund. I had to drive to the next gas station on a flat tire.
