Not that I expect great customer service from a gas station, (with the exception of QT which of course isn't in Columbia)but one of the female managers that has been here for some time is flat out rude. If you don't like what you do. QUIT!
I went in to try to get some snacks earlier tonight on this particularly cold and rainy evening and I tried to get in and the door was locked but all the lights were on. I looked inside and the lady working there was in the back and she came out of the back, looked at me, and just walked back into the back of the store. Not only does this store claim to be 24/7 and the lady was rude, but if you have a customer standing out in the rain and you see them and just walk away, that's just wrong.
