I came in for a neck massage I'm not thinking there would be back rooms to have it done but we just kind of got a chair pulled out and sat in the waiting room been like people were walking past and stuff and it will just made it really awkward other than that the prices were really good

I paid for a 45-minute remedial massage but was very disappointed. The room was too cold with no heater on. I specifically asked for a head and shoulder massage, but only received about 2 minutes of head massage with no oil, and my hair was being pulled. The therapist stayed seated for most of the massage, and only my back was done. At the end, I was told 45 minutes wasn’t enough, even though the front wasn’t even started. I have been coming here on and off for over a year, I have been going to physiotherapy with my back damage years of it fortnightly. I have now decided to replace with massage, love the deep tissue massage, perfect pressure.

I am so disappointed with my massage, I asked for 30 min RELAXING back massage and I got far from that, it hurt so bad no matter how many times I asked for it to be softer it just got worse and worse, his nails were scratching me, I left with a worse back then I came in with, I also asked for a foot massage which was so unprofessional, it’s like he had no idea what he was doing, I am beyond disappointed. I feel like my back has been bruised
