I had a skincare treatment today, but I was very disappointed with the payment process. At checkout, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $35 for a Vitamin C treatment that was never mentioned beforehand, and on top of that, I was charged a credit card processing fee. I have never experienced a salon or spa passing on credit card fees to customers, nor have I ever had hidden charges added without prior explanation. Naomi is very knowledgeable about face anatomy and Korean approach for esthetics. She customizes sessions to treat more than just the skin. She believes in the health of the body to achieve good looking skin. That’s why she works on lymphatic drainage and muscles in the face and even the neck and shoulders. She’s very caring and explains everything she does. I highly recommend this place.
