We had never been to Kane's store before. Heidi greeted us at the front asking how she could help us. We were only looking for a leather recliner. But it didn't matter to her that was all we looking for as she stayed with us. She gave options and did her best to please. Yet, she would go to the computer to check on availability giving us time to talk or just sit for a little longer tring different chairs. It was a pleasant experience thanks to her knowledge and a non pushy approach.
Heidi was so helpful with showing us around and explaining the features of the sofas we were looking at. Friendly and professional and efficient. She made our shopping trip pleasant and we found what we wanted!
