Kanes on East Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa Fl I came here (East Hillsborough Location) at the suggestion of a family member. My initial sales person was very friendly and because of her I decided to purchase a bed from that location. When the time came she happened to not be in that day. I was assisted by another sales person that also was helpful. I paid in full for my bed which included a king sized mattress set. Kane Furniture of Ocala The furniture offered is nicely designed and very reasonable in price. However, the furniture that is delivered is often scratched or otherwise marked. It is not the quality shown in the showroom.
Horrible Service / Undelivered Furniture Ordered a set of 4 tables on May 5, 2010, finaly called to be assured they where in and scheduled for delivery July 2, 2010. (My salesperson even called to let know, after my call) Called July 2 for a delivery time, told they are due at the warehouse that day, should be delivered July 16. Perhaps one day I will have an entire living room set. I'm guessing there is no way to get a refund. Ocala Kanes Nightmare Experience My husband and I bought a home office furniture set from Kanes Ocala. Salesperson was disagreeable and unhelpful. Delivery was an absolute nightmare. First delivery was scheduled 5-7 days out. We waited only to have the wrong furniture show up. The delivery guys refused to take it back, and insisted I call the Ocala office to straighten out the incorrect delivery. This is for the Ocoee Location. I purchased a Bedroom set here and paid 2,500 for it. I was told it was a marble topping and very sturdy and would last a long time. When it was delivered they crushed the headboard and scratched up the so called marble. I called and complained. They then send out one of their service techs who took CHALK and rubbed it on the top of the scratches. He said it was fixed. I called and complained again and kept asking when will they come replace my damaged headboard and damaged dresser (one of the... read more
