There is a reason everyone is giving these guys 5 star reviews. Went for my first time with a shoulder problem that has been bothering me for the past two years. I saw Maile was a bit skeptical she would not be able to get deep enough but boy was I wrong. Along with being plenty strong she was very knowledgable about the imbalance of my shoulder. My back was hurting all over and Kris sorted it out with a deep tissue massage. It's nice when you find somebody who is passionate about what they do. I cannot reccomend this place enough.
I visited Kris for chronic upper back and neck pain when I first moved to Redding. I experienced a huge sense of relief from pain and discomfort, at my very first visit.
